Some upsets for you:
Norths in 18 Men (surely with that roster)
Sutho in 16 girls (they should improve and are big)
Hills in 12 girls (look sharp)
B/Town in 14 girls (they seem tough and improving)
Manly in 12 boys (can improve quickly)
On another note, could any of the unbeatens be competitive @ the Classic?

Considering Bankstown got done by 19 by Norths last week and Norths have only had Comets get them within single digits (Norths won by 9), I'd hazard a guess that the Final will be Norths v. whoever can get 2nd out of Hills/Comets/Bruins.
The Bankstown girls may be tough, but they'll be up against it to win 14W1.

Norths U18 Men is an upset? Im not sure if that tip is a long shot...
Sutho U16 Girls... now THAT would be an upset.. cant agree with you on that one.. Dont think they will even go top 4...
Hills in U12 Girls are a decent team, up against a well coached Penrith group and a more talented Norths group.
Bankstown U14W beat Norths SECOND team by 1 on the weekend. Norths FIRST team is so far ahead of everyone its not even funny.
Manly U12 Boys are a decent team who can beat anyone on their day, but have not shown it yet vs the top Hornsby/Hills/Penrith.

They have struggled in recent weeks against teams below them. Going on recent form I'd say it would be a Hornsby/Penrith final with Penrith as favourites (just). I don't think Hills are as good as they have been in the past.

I thought that at the time as well. They've improved and gave Penrith a good contest on the weekend, but they won't make the top 4 unless a lot of things go their way

Manly U12 boys got done by the top Hornsby team quite easily..
From what i've seen their performance fluctuates a lot, and when their KEY player is shut down they don't have much else..

I was obviously napping over the past two weekends and missed the SJC results.
Back to back losses for Penrith U16(1) women - any particular reason or has the competition closed the early gap?

How good is this Danijel Elkaz kid, dropping 50 in a Grand Final?

Saw him when they played at our place during the season. He's a decent size, has handles and a good jump shot. he's more than capable of playing Div1 ball. Not sure how good the defence was in the GF, but 50 is still 50 no matter what the competition

I coached against him in the pre-season, a really good player who could easily play 1's. They had a very good coach also so he's only got better I imagine.
