I remember reading a book by Andrew Gaze saying that if you are not in starting 5, spending time on bench will kill you [Kill your career].
Looking at Rangers Training last wed, the top 10 players get to practice the plays 5 on 5...or first 5 run through then 2nd 5 run through play. The players 11 onwards were doing drills at other end. Is this the norm?
I guess that only 1st 10 get quality training.?
Away Team only can play 10 players.
It seems important to be in starting 10........
