Nothing on this in world, but probn not worth a new NBL threat, but Dave Andersen has had 15 points as Barcelona narrowly lost to the LA Clippers despite the game being played by NBA rules, and the Clips getting 28 more free throws!!
Worth noting that the Clippers sat Baron Davis, Chris Kaman, Marcus Camby and Tim Thomas though!

Prob in fairness to our Spanish friends then, Barca played a midweek ACB game, then flew from Spain to the west coast of the US and played Saturday night and Sunday afternoon before flying back for their first Euroleague game this Thursday, and hence spread the minutes between 13 players.

Of note also that Brad Newley had a pretty good 12 point, 5 rebound 3 assist outing for Panellinios in their victorious first leg of the Eurocup qualifier (formally ULEB Cup). Spirit fans should take some heart, as this game was played in front of 500 people!!
