Another trade has gone down in the land of league 3B.

I have sent away Brian Wethers & Mark Worthington, in return for Darren Brooks and Ben Knight.

Any thoughts & opinions on the merits of the trade are most welcome.

Basically, I need to improve in both % categories, and turnovers which I think this trade helps me achieve.

win-win trade for both of us I think. I needed more scoring, which Wethers gives me, despite his horrible, horrible FG% along with wortho is steady in scoring as well

Agreed. Since you're sitting comfortably in 2nd place in both FG % & TOs, I think you're more than able to take the hit in both categories from Wethers. Especially because the areas you're most lacking in are points, 3's & steals, areas where Wethers performs well.

I basically get lower-volume but more efficient (both % wise & TO wise) players, and I think I can take the hit in most of the cats.

I hope the Kings sign an import, you get him on the WW & then he breaks his ankle, or gets sent packing for being a twit after 2 weeks. Otherwise, you could easily be headed for L2 next year!

What happens with Rowland? I thought i was moving up on the WW, but now i suppose whoever has Rowland just keeps him.

Correct - the players in Leagues 2 & 3A who dropped Rowland basically get nothing back for him, whereas the 2 players (Leagues 1 & 3B) who kept him now get him as the Townsville player.
